Me and Pyrokku were trying to learn to draw Drill Hair, but I kept failing...(He drew a better passable version then I did,though). SO I turned my drill hair into a Drill toting Construction Jinn named Dooriluu. One time, he visited a human city, and took a liking to the Drills they used. He then transformed his hands into permanent Drills. He was offered a reversal of the spell, but he politely declined each time. He was given a Vest that taps into his magic to perform duties he needed with his hands.
